The 2nd Annual Check on Your Mate Chess Tournament is open to players of all skill levels graduating Grades K-12
No registration fee!
Eligibility: Open to students from all Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) Schools
as well as chess players from all schools located in the city of Cleveland.
Thursday, May 14th @ Discount Drug Mart Club in Progressive Field
All participants play 3 games
Chess sets and clocks provided for all games
Time Limit: G8
Schedule: Round 1 at 3:20 PM Sharp, please arrive by 3:00 PM
Following Rounds Paired ASAP
Prizes: Medals to all participants, trophies to the top three players in each section and to any competitors scoring 3 or more points!
