With experienced, background checked instructors, we’ve been conducting chess programs in 60+ schools in NE Ohio for over 20 years. Join us to enhance critical thinking skills, provide social learning, and engage a diverse range of students.
Progress With Chess is a local, Cleveland-based non-profit organization.
Started over 20 years ago by National Master Michael Joelson. We employ experienced players, teachers, and tournament directors who align with our long-standing passion of advocating for chess education throughout our community.
Through our programs, students will go beyond learning the rules.
We provide our students with all the tools needed to put them on the path of success both on and off the board.
