Blitz Championship Side Event Details:

Qualifications: Any student enrolled in an Ohio school or home schooled in Ohio in grades K-12 is eligible to participate.
Free year-long USCF membership included for players with new or expired memberships!
Progress With Chess will provide clocks, sets and boards provided for all sections.
USCF March Supplement ratings will determine section eligibility. Provisional or online ratings may be used for unrated players.
6 Sections: HS 9-12 Championship, HS 9-12 U1000, MS 6-8 Championship, MS 6-8 U1000, Elem K-5 Championship, Elem K-5 U1000
7 Rounds, Time Control 3|2
First through third place trophies for each section, trophies to all players with 5 or higher!
Online registration will close at 6 PM on Saturday, 3/7/26 – enter on-site before 8 PM
