4 Round Swiss. USCF Online Quick Rated, will not affect OTB ratings. USCF
membership required, provided free for new or expired members.

3 Sections: U700, U1500, Open. For determining sections, use the higher of your
USCF Online Quick Rating and USCF Regular (over the board) Quick Rating.

Time Limit: G/15 with 10 second increment.

Entry Fee: $20 by 11pm Dec 25, $25 after.
Register: at progresswithchess.org/candycane before 12am, Saturday Dec 26.

Prizes: Customized “festive” trophies mailed home to all players with 3 points or
higher.

Instructions will be emailed to you regarding how to access the tournament on
lichess.org. Players using chess engine assistance will be flagged by lichess.org and
reported to the USCF Ethics Committee to face disciplinary action. No cameras are
required for any sections.

First Time Tournament Players:
First time tournament players are welcome and encouraged to participate.

Pairings: All pairings created ASAP after each round ends. Next game
appears immediately!
