Thank you CMSD for another amazing year of chess learning!

In the fourth and final CMSD League Event of the 2025-2026 school year, players competed in teams of four for special school awards based on group performance!  Top individual scorers also received trophies, and all participants received a medal, as is the Progress With Chess standard for our scholastic events – in addition to boards and clocks provided for all sections.

Hosted at the East Professional Center, this event was a great conclusion to another year of work within the Cleveland Metropolitan School District – we extend congratulations to our top teams this year!
